Story

शीर्षक: आख़िरी कॉल

रात के लगभग 12 बजे थे। बाहर हल्की बारिश हो रही थी। हवा में अजीब सी ठंडक थी, जैसे कोई अनदेखी चीज़ आसपास घूम रही हो।

अंकित अपने कमरे में अकेला बैठा था। उसका मोबाइल अचानक बज उठा।

📞 *Unknown Number…*

उसने सोचा, इतनी रात को कौन कॉल कर सकता है? थोड़ी झिझक के बाद उसने फोन उठा लिया।

“हेलो…?” उसने धीरे से कहा।

कुछ सेकंड तक सन्नाटा रहा… फिर एक धीमी, भारी आवाज़ आई—

“तुम… जाग रहे हो ना?”

अंकित चौंक गया। “कौन बोल रहा है?”

कोई जवाब नहीं आया।

उसने फोन काट दिया।

लेकिन जैसे ही उसने फोन रखा, मोबाइल फिर से बज उठा—उसी नंबर से।

इस बार उसकी धड़कन तेज़ हो गई। उसने डरते हुए कॉल उठाया।

“तुमने फोन क्यों काटा…?” वही आवाज़, अब थोड़ी और ठंडी लग रही थी।

अंकित घबरा गया। “देखिए, आप कौन हैं? मज़ाक मत कीजिए!”

दूसरी तरफ से हल्की हँसी सुनाई दी…

“मैं मज़ाक नहीं करता… मैं तो बस… देखने आता हूँ…”

“क्या मतलब?”

“तुम्हारे पीछे खिड़की के पास… मैं खड़ा हूँ…”

अंकित का खून जैसे जम गया। उसने धीरे-धीरे पीछे मुड़कर देखा…

खिड़की के बाहर सिर्फ अंधेरा था… और बारिश।

“कोई नहीं है वहाँ!” उसने खुद को संभालते हुए कहा।

फोन पर आवाज़ फिर आई—

“तुमने ठीक से नहीं देखा…”

अंकित ने फिर से खिड़की की तरफ देखा… और इस बार…

उसे काँच पर हल्की-सी उंगलियों के निशान दिखाई दिए… जैसे कोई अभी-अभी वहाँ से हटा हो।

उसका गला सूख गया।

“क…कौन हो तुम?”

कुछ पल खामोशी रही… फिर आवाज़ फुसफुसाई—

“मैं वही हूँ… जिसने तुम्हें पिछली रात देखा था… जब तुम सो रहे थे…”

अंकित का दिमाग सुन्न पड़ गया। उसे याद आया—कल रात उसे लगा था जैसे कोई कमरे में चल रहा हो… लेकिन उसने इसे सपना समझ लिया था।

अचानक कमरे की लाइट टिमटिमाने लगी।

फोन अभी भी उसके कान पर था…

“अब मैं अंदर आ रहा हूँ…”

*टक…टक…टक…*

दरवाज़े पर दस्तक होने लगी।

अंकित के पैर जैसे जम गए।

“मत खोलना…” फोन पर आवाज़ बोली… “क्योंकि अगर तुमने दरवाज़ा खोला… तो मैं बाहर नहीं रहूँगा…”

दस्तक तेज़ होती गई—

*धड़-धड़-धड़!*

अंकित डर के मारे चिल्लाया, “कौन है?!”

अचानक सब शांत हो गया।

न दस्तक… न आवाज़…

सिर्फ फोन पर धीमी सांसों की आवाज़…

“मैं… अब अंदर हूँ…”

अंकित ने धीरे-धीरे पीछे मुड़कर देखा…

और उसकी चीख कमरे में गूंज उठी…

अगली सुबह…

पुलिस को अंकित का फोन मिला… फर्श पर पड़ा हुआ।

कॉल हिस्ट्री में आख़िरी नंबर अभी भी दिख रहा था…

लेकिन सबसे डरावनी बात यह थी—

वह कॉल *अंकित के अपने ही नंबर से* आया था।

और उसके कमरे की खिड़की पर…

अंदर की तरफ उंगलियों के निशान थे…
