Q1. Due to the rapid development and expansion of supermarkets in some countries many small, local businesses are unable to compete. Some people think that the closure of local businesses will bring about the death of local communities.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Answer:
Owing to a boom in the number of supermarts in few parts of the world, numerous small native ventures are closing, and, according to some, this will have dire consequences for local communities. I completely disagree with the statement that the closing of mini firms/industries will cause the death of local residents/local people because hypermarkets provide employment to locals, and it helps people in saving wealth and various other resources.
